Our Team
Resorcix has a vibrant team of young researchers led by Dr Yehoshua Maor, who has a PhD in medicinal chemistry, with vast experience in natural products research. Dr. Lior Sinai, has recently completed his Ph.D. in microbiology and molecular genetics at the Hebrew University and has studied bacterial spores for over 7 years. He was awarded the 2015 Prof. Nili Rubinowitz-Grossman Prize for outstanding young scientists by the Israel Society for Microbiology. Hanna Hamou-Cohen has joined the team with a masters degree in Organic Chemistry from École Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques (ENSIC), Nancy, France and considerable experience in industrialization projects of targeted compounds.

Resorcix Ltd. is a life sciences company specialized in providing solutions and product development for the growing challenge of bacteria in the food industry.
Resorcix Ltd. was established in 2017 by Dr. Yehoshua Maor who has been providing consulting services in pharmacology, toxicology and regulatory affairs of medicinal plants as the CEO and founder of Resorcix's parent company, Phytor, for over 6 years. Resorcix has established its lab in the prestigious Jerusalem Bio Park building adjacent to the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital and started conducting experiments after a major funding investment from private capital of Dr. Maor.
